At Pulse Fitwear, all orders are fulfilled by our international suppliers through trusted platforms such as AliExpress and DSers. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Regions

- We ship worldwide, including South Africa.
- Since products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, all orders (local and international) may have similar delivery times.

2. Delivery Times

- Standard delivery time: 10–20 business days, depending on your location and supplier processing times.
- In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days due to customs clearance or courier delays.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be displayed on eligible orders.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

- International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes in the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Pulse Fitwear is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

5. Delivery Guarantee

- If your order has not arrived within 40 business days from the date of dispatch, please contact us at info@pulsefitwear.co.za.
- We will work with our suppliers to investigate and assist you.
- In cases of confirmed lost shipments, we will arrange a replacement order or a full refund.
